Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all phases of new home construction from start to finish
Manage and motivate trade partners and suppliers to achieve top performance and quality standards
Ensure all subcontractors comply with company contracts, specifications, and timelines
Consult with leadership, architects, and homeowners on design changes and issues
Approve vendor invoices and track progress using scheduling software
Develop and maintain checklists for inspections, quality control, and standard operating procedures
Ensure all homes meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Deliver homes on or ahead of schedule and within budget
Conduct inspections throughout all construction phases
Complete final walkthroughs and obtain customer sign-off within one week of completion
Communicate effectively with homeowners, realtors, and internal teams to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in new home building
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and construction projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software and digital scheduling tools
