Responsibilities
Traveling to clients’ sites to resolve issues or complete installs of several technologies
Utilizing persistent troubleshooting skills and exceptional customer service to build rapport with the client
Digging into the problem and finding the actual source of the problem
Maintaining an orderly and clean approach to problem solving
Being accountable for van inventory, schedule, and ticket completion in CRM software
Completing an accurate and timely inventory of vehicle and parts on each ticket
Adapting to a highly variable schedule based on service calls and installations
Traveling daily to customer locations and arriving reliably at the committed place and time
Qualification
Required
Experience utilizing persistent troubleshooting skills and exceptional customer service
Ability to lift and move 50 pounds routinely
Comfortable working on a 12' ladder
Experience pulling cable in attic or rafters
Clean driving record
Background check clearance
Valid Driver's License
Ability to shift gears quickly from different types of technology
Accountability for van inventory, schedule, and ticket completion in CRM software (TigerPaw)
Willingness to travel daily to customer locations and arrive reliably
Ability to perform physical and dirty work using tools like a concrete saw, hammer drill, volt meter, toner, ohms meter
Frequent manual dexterity to grip, turn and fine manipulation
Extensive bending, lifting, walking, crawling, climbing
Vision abilities to see fine detail and distinguish colors on cabling and indicators
