Responsibilities
Provide consultation and serve as the Mobility Carrier subject matter expert for project-based initiatives
Oversee and guide Mobility Carriers and vendors
Lead and engage in vendor meetings to ensure timely service delivery and awareness of product issues
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure products and services meet organizational expectations
Drive troubleshooting efforts and see gaps and issues through to resolution
Contribute to vendor management decisions and support contract negotiations for international vendors
Independently manage complex projects and ad-hoc requests as needed
Identify and architect improvement opportunities across service delivery, user experience, security, and related areas
Collaborate with all relevant functional teams
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Must have a minimum of 7 years' experience vendor management
Preferred
Experience with TEM systems, vendor portals, and mobile contracts
Strong communicator across technical and executive audiences
Analytical problem-solver who performs well under pressure
Collaborative, adaptable, and quick to learn new technologies
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
