Administrative Assistant
LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and administrative operations. This contract position involves providing general administrative support, managing communications, scheduling, and maintaining filing systems.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
Answer and route incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistics
Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, and internal documents
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Handle confidential information with discretion
Order office supplies and assist with basic office coordination
Support special projects and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent required
