Responsibilities
Define the overall technical vision, architecture, and standards for projects
Mentor, train, and guide developers, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment
Oversee technical aspects of projects, set goals, monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery
Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, conduct security audits, and resolve complex technical issues
Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Research and recommend new technologies and processes to improve development capabilities
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 8 years of experience in software development
TS/SCI security clearance
Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments
