RemX is a staffing agency hiring a Sales Support Specialist to support customers and internal teams for a well-established automotive parts company. This onsite role focuses on order processing, supplier coordination, and administrative sales support.

Responsibilities
Support customers by assisting with quotes, orders, and invoicing
Issue RFQs to suppliers and prepare customer quotations
Create purchase orders and invoices
Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email
Track quotes, orders, and account follow-ups
Follow up on open AR and communicate payment status
Assist with supplier and equipment research
Qualification
Required
Support customers by assisting with quotes, orders, and invoicing
