Responsibilities
Work closely with institutional investors to manage funding flows within the certificate programs in the Marketplace
Execute transactions closings and coordinate settlements
Monitor and report on performance for previously issued deals
Provide support in the development of the pricing structures within the certificate programs
Assist in the redemptions related to the legacy LendingClub securitizations
Conduct market research within the Capital Markets space and identify opportunities to optimize LendingClub’s balance sheet
Support planning, development, and execution of new capital markets programs including Bank and HoldCo funding strategies and Marketplace loan sales channels
Identify investor-related business challenges and opportunities for improvement and recommend strategic or tactical solutions using supporting analysis
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, primarily asset-backed securitizations
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
Experience in fintech, consumer lending, banking or financial services
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
Knowledge in Intex, Bloomberg, and Dv01 a plus
