Review contracts to identify and address PII concerns
Prepare and post contracts, RFQs, and related documents to online systems
Respond to support tickets and phone inquiries from requestors
Research issues and provide accurate resolutions for procurement requests
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with state policies
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver professional and timely customer service
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or related field
2+ years of experience using ticketing systems or customer service platforms
Knowledge of state procurement policies and procedures
Degree or coursework in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail, especially with sensitive/PII data
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with online documentation and posting systems
Preferred
Background or coursework in legal studies
Experience working in a public sector or government environment
