Responsibilities
Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages
Greet customers and vendors
Type correspondence and spreadsheets as required
Help maintain office supplies and kitchen area
Copy, scan, print, and file documents
Sort weekly payroll checks
Process union new hires
Support estimating, project management, and safety with administrative duties
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proactive attitude, showing initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a team
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing job requirements
Strong organization skills
Positive attitude and employee focus
Dependability and punctuality for all CSI activities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong reasoning ability
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
