Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project quality
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree /Technical school or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience in the field
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in the field
Experience working on infrastructure, information security, and/or cloud-based project (highly preferred)
Experience leading projects or gathering business requirements
Experience managing small to medium project teams (2 to 7+) within a matrix organization, and projects in multiple technologies and/or business functions
