Safety Incident Management Support Analyst
Quality Choice Solutions is seeking a Safety Incident Management Support Analyst to provide back-end application support for Austin Energy’s Safety Incident Management System. The role involves system support, user administration, and generating reports to provide data insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide back-end system support and troubleshooting
Perform user administration (access, roles, permissions)
Review, create, and maintain system workflows
Handle internal customer inquiries and escalated support requests
Perform routine administrative and quality control tasks
Create and maintain user and admin documentation
Generate reports and provide data insights to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong experience supporting enterprise-level applications
Hands-on back-end support, troubleshooting, and quality control
Experience with reporting tools and database-driven systems
Excellent documentation and customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Preferred
Cority GX2 platform experience (highly preferred)
Tableau or similar BI/reporting tools
Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
Microsoft Macros
Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
