Responsibilities
Manage the process and posting of vendor invoices
Managing intercompany receivable and transactions
Reconcile transactions by verifying and comparing system reports to balances
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries
Preparing month end management reports reconciled to balance sheet and income statement
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Verify general ledger accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Work with CFO and division CEO on Hydros priorities including revenue and profitability targets
Responsible for daily activities of Hydros accounting department. This includes both non-exempt accounts receivable and accounts payable associates and exempt accounting associates
Qualification
Required
Oversee all aspects of financial operations and accounting functions for the Hydros division
Manage comprehensive accounting operations including vendor payment activities, receivable management, general accounting, expense controls, financial reporting, and financial controls and auditing
Provide strategic financial leadership and hands-on operational expertise to support the growing HVAC distribution business
Manage the process and posting of vendor invoices
Manage intercompany receivable and transactions
Reconcile transactions by verifying and comparing system reports to balances
