Deltek Costpoint Help Desk and Functional Anallyst
REPKON USA is seeking a Deltek Costpoint Help Desk Functional Analyst to serve as a primary helpdesk contact and functional subject matter expert for Costpoint. The role involves delivering user support, functional analysis, issue resolution, and ensuring process stability across various business units.

Responsibilities
Act as first person of contact for Costpoint support (tickets, emails, walk-ins)
Provide functional support for Costpoint modules across business units: supply chain, manufacturing, program management, procurement, finance, IT, and HR
Analyze issues end-to-end process and system performance, backups and reporting
Resolve incoming end-user access issues, troubleshoot postings, project functions, time and expense, payment failures and data management
Evaluate and test new Costpoint releases, update standard operating procedures, training material and educate end-users
Coordinate with IT and Deltek support for complex escalations
Participate in design sessions to onboard new companies/organizations into Costpoint
Collect information to build a digital knowledge base
Collaborate with other IT specialists to integrate Costpoint with other business applications, as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years hands-on Deltek Costpoint functional experience preferably 7.x version and above
Prior experience in help desk supporting internal customers in a project-driven environment
Basic accounting, project accounting and supply chain management knowledge
Ability to translate business issues into Costpoint solutions
Strong communication and customer-service mindset
Experience training users on Costpoint or other ERP system
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Attention to detail, especially in data management, to ensure accuracy and integrity of information within Costpoint
