Account Executive
Harrington Starr is a fast-growing, Series A B2B SaaS company reinventing how modern revenue teams close complex deals. They are seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales into mid-market and enterprise accounts, working closely with sales leadership to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Own deals end-to-end from discovery to close
Lead complex, competitive sales cycles with senior stakeholders
Build strong business cases and enable internal champions
Multithread, project-manage deals, and keep momentum high
Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, Marketing, and CS
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SaaS closing experience (startup or scale-up preferred)
Strong experience with complex, value-based, multi-threaded sales
Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers
Self-directed, organized, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
