8+ years expRCRO LLC is seeking a Senior MDM Solution Architect to guide the start of their MDM implementation. The Architect will work with stakeholders to define design, strategy, and technical blueprint of the Master Data Management ecosystem, translating business requirements into architecture.

Responsibilities
Contribute to an enterprise MDM program for Location, Vehicle, and Customer domains
Lead early-stage MDM activities: discovery, architectural design, domain modeling, data flow definition, integration patterns
Convert business needs into governance expectations and architectural decisions
Oversee configuration and implementation for the chosen MDM platform
Collaborate across business and technology groups
Architect integrations between MDM hub and 5+ enterprise applications using ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and messaging
Qualification
Required
8+ years MDM architecture, 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in large-scale orgs (10k+ employees)
Hands-on with leading MDM platforms: Informatica, SAP MDG, Profisee, Reltio, Semarchy
Ability to design and operationalize governance
Strong in data quality disciplines, integration (ETL/ELT, API, messaging), cloud (AWS preferred), SQL, enterprise DBs, DevOps, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Java)
Knowledge of data governance frameworks (DCAM, DAMA DMBOK)
Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/IS; advanced degrees/certs (MDM platforms, TOGAF, CDMP, Cloud, PMP) are a plus
Understanding of data security, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA
Preferred
Transportation or logistics experience; pharmaceutical/manufacturing background a plus
