Responsibilities
Owning the technical modeling, performance analysis, and reporting for Headwater Energy’s solar and BESS portfolio
Support day-to-day operational management
Working closely with O&M providers, internal stakeholders, and third-party consultants to optimize asset performance and resolve technical issues
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, engineering, operations, or performance analytics
Strong understanding of utility-scale solar PV systems; BESS experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of industry standard performance analytics
Advanced Excel skills; experience with asset management platforms, SCADA data, or Python/SQL is a plus
Ability to synthesize complex technical data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
BESS experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field strongly preferred
