Responsibilities
Establish KPI systems for new products from scratch and track "North Star" metrics
Partner with PMs to design and analyze A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigor in every product decision
Perform deep-dive analyses on retention funnels to identify growth levers and potential churn risks
Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations and provide compelling data narratives for management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of data analytics experience in the internet industry; degree in Math, Statistics, CS, or related fields
Expert in SQL; proficient in Python or R for data processing, statistical analysis, and modeling
Strong understanding of statistical principles (Hypothesis testing, Regression, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with high-growth B2C products or large-scale datasets (BigQuery/Hive)
Exceptional business intuition with the ability to discover commercial value behind data fluctuations
