Responsibilities
Own and execute comprehensive server firmware deployment cycles, including designing and standardizing queries, collaborating with deployment teams, and ensuring successful deployment at scale
Analyze deployment logs, monitor progress, and address incidents to optimize deployment velocity while minimizing risks
Develop, deploy, and maintain firmware deployment infrastructure, ensuring alignment with public infrastructure and adapting to airgap cloud requirements
Manage on-call rotations to resolve high- and low-severity incidents, leveraging expertise in Azure, hardware, and software tools
Support and debug servers, control-plane devices, and services in airgap cloud environments while collaborating with uncleared service teams
Qualification
Required
5 years minimum experience
Bachelor's or equivalent experience
Experience querying large datasets (e.g., Azure Data Explorer / Kusto Query Language)
Experience with Azure DevOps repositories, pipelines, and work items
Experience authoring and maintaining configuration formats (INI, JSON, XML, etc.)
Proficiency with scripting and command-line interfaces (CLI)
Strong log-parsing skills; able to identify key signals in verbose logs
Active TS/SCI with poly required
Valid U.S. passport required
Preferred
Software development experience
Experience with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
Experience with AWS Command Line Interface (CLI)
Experience with Kusto Query Language (KQL)
