Responsibilities
Lead planning and purchasing teams for global supply planning and compliance
Manage supplier relationships, price negotiations, and lead-time control
Oversee shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations
Drive demand forecasting and inventory optimization
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support speed-to-market initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years in aerospace supply chain or purchasing, with 7+ years in leadership
ERP proficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; APICS or Lean certification a plus
CNC machining experience strongly preferred
Leadership experience is preferred
