Responsibilities
Gain a thorough understanding of ERISA compliance and plan governance through instructor-led, self-study, and on-the-job training opportunities
Assist with drafting and reviewing plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and participant communications
Conduct legal research on ERISA and related regulations using firm resources
Organize and maintain plan-related documents and support filing requirements with government agencies
Work cooperatively with attorneys, consultants, and other team members to complete tasks and special projects
Learn and use WTW tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery
Actively participate in team meetings and training activities
Be accountable to team members and contribute to a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on business and/or law or pursuing a degree in Legal Studies, English, or a related field with strong writing and analytical skills
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Strong interest in employee benefits law, ERISA compliance, and governance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a close team environment
Accepting applications from candidates graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
This role will be hybrid, requiring a mix of remote and in-office work depending on project needs
