The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, implement scalable processes, and play a key role in financial reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement accounting processes, procedures, and SOPs
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
Manage multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions
Support system and process integrations (CRM/ERP and related tools)
Partner with leadership on forecasting, cash flow, and financial visibility
Coordinate sales tax filings and audit support
Handle ad hoc financial projects and special initiatives
Maintain strong internal controls and documentation
Support and mentor accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of controllership or senior accounting leadership experience
Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity structures
Strong background in building processes and improving efficiencies
Experience working with complex operations
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Proficiency with modern accounting systems (QuickBooks Online)
Preferred
Exposure to small business or family-owned environments
Experience working with executive teams, boards, or investors
Strong judgment around confidentiality and sensitive information
