IT Support Technician
Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform™, giving organizations control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies. They are seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to join their Information & Technology Team, providing support to employees and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality IT support to employees both onsite and remote, handling day-to-day requests via Slack and our ticketing system
Deliver an excellent onboarding and offboarding experience, including running user onboarding sessions as well as device setup, troubleshooting, and guidance
Act as a friendly, trusted point of contact for IT support, with a strong focus on service and responsiveness
Support Zoom Rooms, AV systems, conference rooms, and onsite/offsite meetings and events
Provide hands-on event and conference support, including setup and troubleshooting
Assist with basic office IT build-out work, including cabling, patching, equipment installation, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of on-site IT infrastructure across Dataiku offices
Organize shipment, retrieval, and lifecycle management of user hardware
Operate and maintain inventory management and ticketing systems
Participate in documentation and knowledge base creation to continuously improve IT processes
Support procurement and asset management activities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role, ideally in a fast-growing and/or international environment
Experience providing 1st, 2nd-line, and white-glove IT support
Strong hands-on experience with MacOS and Windows in a cloud-first environment
Experience with A/V systems, conference rooms, and event support
An interest in (or experience with) network and wifi troubleshooting, and basic IT build-outs
MDM experience (Jamf preferred)
Procurement and asset management experience
Excellent communication and listening skills — you know how to help people ask for support and feel supported
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
A proactive, independent mindset with strong problem-solving skills
A security/compliance mindset and experience with ITIL and SOC2
A genuine enthusiasm for IT, learning new things, and applying knowledge in practical, real-world situations
A strong sense of ownership, service, and pride in delivering top-notch user support
