The role involves managing the reporting of critical incidents for CHC HCBS Participants and working closely with various staff to investigate incidents and trends, ensuring timely responses and quality measures are met.

Required

Detailed-oriented and analytical skills
Critical thinking skills to raise vital questions and problems
Ability to gather and assess relevant information from various health systems
Understanding of clinical terms and recommendations
Ability to contact assigned SC and assigned CI Investigator for follow-up
Ability to check each case that was incomplete and attempt contacting the initiating provider
Complete function specific tasks and assignments
Represent UPMC internally and externally
Participate in service and social activities
Current or recent undergraduate or graduate students
In addition to your resume must provide a cover letter and a writing or presentation of data sample
Act 34 clearance
