IntePros is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Operations Analyst – Account Transfers to support their growing brokerage operations team. This role is responsible for processing ACAT and Non-ACAT transfer requests while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

Process ACAT and Non-ACAT account transfer requests in compliance with regulatory and company policies
Review transfer documentation for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with clients, custodians, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate transfers
Resolve discrepancies and issues related to transfer requests promptly
Maintain accurate records and update transfer status in internal systems
Provide outstanding customer service and proactive communication throughout the transfer process
Conduct transfer follow-up calls and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders
Assist with audit and compliance requirements related to account transfers
Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve transfer-related issues

Required

Proficiency with relevant financial systems and operational software
