Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders and employees within supported functions
Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and development conversations
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Assist with role definition, compensation analysis, and competency development
Identify team and leader development needs and implement practical solutions
Partner on recruiting, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives
Lead and support HR projects and people initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain accurate employee data and documentation within HRIS systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
Proven ability to navigate sensitive situations with sound judgment
Experience influencing leaders at multiple levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
