Human Resources Coordinator
Core Executive Recruiting is seeking an onsite HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is essential for employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration while providing responsive HR support across the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire communication, first-day readiness, and IT setup
Manage payroll activities such as bi-weekly processing, audits, reconciliations, and responding to employee payroll inquiries
Administer employee benefits, including eligibility tracking, enrollments, invoice audits, and monthly reconciliations
Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, files, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and hiring processes
Support compliance efforts by completing required filings, audits, reporting, and workers’ compensation administration
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and strong working knowledge of Excel
High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Preferred
Experience with benefits administration, payroll reconciliation, and data-driven reporting is a plus
