Business Office Administrator
Randy's Flooring is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Business Office Administrator to join their team at the North Liberty location. This role involves supporting daily office operations, interacting with customers, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, helpful manner
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
File and manage both digital and paper documents
Provide general administrative support to office and production teams
Assist with clerical and office tasks as needed to support daily operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including email and common office software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional communication style
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
