Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and support business development team members to achieve their goals
Oversee hiring, workforce planning, and resource allocation for the BD team
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performance team culture
Provide ongoing coaching across the full sales cycle and ensure process consistency
Monitor team metrics and remove barriers to ensure collective success
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support regional growth strategies and BD initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in clinical or life sciences‑related field
Experience managing business development or commercial teams within clinical research or biotech
Strong understanding of global clinical trial and biotech market trends
Knowledge of study budgets, proposals, and contracts to guide team discussions
Ability to lead through coaching, structure, and performance management
Proven success driving engagement and supporting department‑level strategies
