Responsibilities
Lead enterprise AI programs across fabs and manufacturing sites
Define AI roadmap and prioritize high-impact use cases
Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and delivery teams
Work closely with fab engineering, operations, IT/OT, and data science teams
Ensure AI solutions integrate with MES, equipment systems, and fab data platforms
Track business outcomes and ROI
Present program status to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in technology or manufacturing programs
5+ years leading AI or analytics initiatives
Strong semiconductor manufacturing knowledge
Experience with fab processes and equipment systems
Familiarity with MES platforms (Camstar/OpCenter, Apriso, SAP ME/MII)
Exposure to cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google)
Strong program management and stakeholder skills
