This role involves managing multiple projects, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple development projects simultaneously, supporting both corporate and franchise locations
Maintain project schedules, milestones, task lists, and documentation across all phases of development
Track progress, dependencies, and risks; flag issues early and escalate as needed
Serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams (development, construction, game installs, tech, operations, finance)
Facilitate project check-ins, status updates, and clear communication across stakeholders
Support permitting, inspections, and approvals by tracking requirements, timelines, and documentation
Coordinate with external vendors (architects, engineers, contractors, specialty vendors) to track deliverables and next steps
Assist with scheduling site visits, installs, inspections, and walk-throughs
Support budget tracking, invoice coordination, and CapEx visibility in partnership with finance
Help standardize project workflows, templates, and checklists to improve efficiency and consistency
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations-focused roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and shared documentation systems
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Willingness to travel periodically to project sites
Experience using tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar PM platforms
Preferred
Experience supporting construction, retail, hospitality, or franchise development projects
Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or consultants
Familiarity with permitting and inspection workflows
