Responsibilities
Lead daily huddles with your team and serve as a role model by championing, coaching, and holding staff accountable to the Four Measures of Member Obsession
Ensure staff accurately serve members by using core banking and other workflow systems to maintain complete and reliable records
Plan and direct branch operations to successfully pass all audits and performance reviews while aligning with the organization's strategic plan
Write, edit, and communicate all procedures related to the physical branch location
Meet regularly with branch staff to coach performance, discuss career aspirations, and identify development opportunities that prepare them for their next role
Drive branch growth through a consultative sales approach that meets the needs of both members and the community and meets or exceeds all sales goals
Recognize outstanding performance by submitting Solarian Salutes for team members who go above and beyond for members by viewing every transaction through a member‑obsession lens
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate proficiency in effective communication and relationship building
Demonstrate proficiency in leading and building interpersonal relationships
Demonstrate proficiency in organization and prioritization of complex tasks
Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and problem-solving abilities
Have a minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial institution operations
Have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Have experience working in an environment focused on rapid growth and quick change
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Have a degree in business, finance, or a related field
Be bilingual in English and Spanish
