Responsibilities
Assist the customer service department in the support of commercial lines coverages
Check policies, follow up for endorsements, issue certificates and evidence of insurance, complete applications, and other clerical support duties
Cultivate strong relationships internally to provide support and customer service
Respond to correspondences and requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner
Follow written procedures and workflows for assigned work
Process and check policies, endorsements, endorsement requests, and audits for accuracy
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills and aptitude for learning new technology
Positive attitude, good listening skills, and empathy
Highly organized and strong time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines
