HR Coordinator - Full Time (M-F, 8:00AM-5:00PM)
Titus Regional Medical Center is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department. The role involves assisting with various HR activities, including the hiring process, maintaining employee files, and preparing HR-related reports.

Responsibilities
First point-of-contact for greeting in-person guests as well as incoming phone calls to the HR department
Assists with various aspects of the hiring process such as candidate inquiries and scheduling interviews
Assists the HR team in uploading/entering employee and candidate documents into the human capital management system (HCMS)
Maintains electronic and hard files for current and terminated employees
Assists the HR team in reviewing and editing employee job descriptions
Assists the HR team in evaluating and reviewing I-9 compliance
Assists the HR team with validating dependent eligibility for benefits plans
Assists with preparing various HR-related reports
Assists with annual service awards and other employee recognition activities
Performs duties with a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and ownership
Reports to and departs from work on time and as scheduled
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Performs other duties as may be assigned
Follows and adheres to TRMC vaccine policy(s) mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)

Preferred
Human Resources, Customer Service, or Administration experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems, human capital management systems, learning management systems and other applications/systems as needed
