Conduct thorough investigations of structural failures, including site inspections and data collection
Prepare detailed technical reports, documenting findings, methodologies, and conclusions with clarity for legal or client review
Collaborate with project teams to develop repair strategies or mitigation plans based on forensic findings
Manage project schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of investigations and reporting deliverables
Use tools like Bluebeam and GIS for documentation review, mapping, and data analysis in complex forensic cases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in construction, civil engineering, or geotechnical engineering with a focus on forensic investigations-building failures, post storm damage
Familiarity with project management principles and project scheduling tools
