Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end closing cycles
Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and corporate headquarters requirements
Support the transition to public company standards, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, internal control implementation, and coordination with external auditors
Execute comprehensive cost accounting functions for electronics manufacturing, including standard costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis, variance investigation, and inventory valuation
Serve as a functional lead for SAP ERP process improvements and data integrity within the finance module
Liaison with international subsidiaries to ensure intercompany reconciliations and adherence to global accounting policies
Author and maintain formal accounting policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal control frameworks
Provide mentorship, review the work of junior accounting staff, and drive departmental strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within the electronics or automotive manufacturing sectors
Advanced hands-on experience with SAP ERP is mandatory
Deep understanding of US GAAP, SOX 404, and financial reporting requirements for multinational entities
Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate communication with HQ and international subsidiaries
Preferred
A secondary degree in Engineering or a technical field is highly preferred, given our manufacturing focus
Spanish proficiency is a significant plus
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation is strongly preferred
