Responsibilities

Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment
Measure air flow and adjust to design specifications
Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily

Qualification

Commercial HVAC experienceElectrical systems knowledgeRead wiring schematicsUse power toolsLift 50 pounds

Required

Commercial HVAC experience
HVAC, HVAC/R skill set desired
Strong knowledge of electrical systems
Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU)
Use of ladders for roof access
