Responsibilities
Lead the development of complex and high-value RFP responses and multi-site pricing projects
Evaluate historical pricing performance to identify margin opportunities and recommend adjustments
Work with Operations Excellence and Finance to develop and refine pricing models and cost templates
Analyze customer trends, market conditions, and cost structures to inform pricing strategies
Support the creation of standardized templates and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
Support training efforts to build team capability in pricing processes and Excel modeling
Lead post-quote analysis to evaluate success rates and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field required
3–6 years of experience in pricing, quoting, financial modeling, or related analytical role
Advanced proficiency in Excel (index-match, scenario analysis, VBA/macros preferred)
Demonstrated experience developing pricing templates and leading customer RFP responses within the logistics or warehousing industry
Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar deal management platforms
Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to interpret financial data into actionable insights
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
