Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and category strategy for marketing services including media, creative, social, influencer, and PR
Drive complex, high-value negotiations and manage MSAs and SOWs in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Security
Own supplier relationship management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement
Improve procurement processes, governance, spend optimization, and risk mitigation
Act as a trusted advisor to senior Marketing stakeholders, translating business needs into sourcing strategies
Use data, analytics, and AI tools for spend analysis, scenario modeling, and value realization
Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives from strategy through execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management
5 years sourcing marketing services with strong media expertise
Proven experience leading enterprise-critical initiatives with executive visibility
Strong analytical, negotiation, contract management, and project leadership skills
Hands-on experience with e-procurement tools such as Coupa and practical AI usage
