The Clean Room Assembly Technician will be responsible for following assembly instructions, training on new products, and ensuring quality compliance while maintaining an organized workspace.

Responsibilities
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble electromechanical products
Willingness to demonstrate and communicate processes during customer visits/audits
Communicate and train on new customer products with the design engineering team
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of RAM’s Quality System
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to direct supervisor
Perform manual assembly and cleaning of products
Complete assembly and test documentation
Test completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements
Measure components and assemblies using precision measuring instruments
Read drawings and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units
Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
Work in a clean room environment
Other duties as assigned by the Clean Room Program Engineer
Qualification
Required
Previous assembly experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend procedures
Ability to complete paperwork accurately
Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
Ability to do repetitive work, requiring strong dexterity and hand/eye coordination
