The role involves leading and managing the build and test phases of a digital portal program while ensuring delivery aligns with the agreed scope and technical architecture.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the build and test phases of a digital portal program, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed scope, design, and technical architecture
Oversee frontend (React) and backend (.NET) development activities hosted on Azure, working closely with technical leads and architects
Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans using Microsoft Project Plan, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource forecasts
Drive Agile execution through Azure DevOps, managing backlogs, sprint planning, user stories, defects, and delivery metrics
Manage testing phases, ensuring defects are tracked and resolved
Actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating where necessary to protect delivery timelines
Ensure documentation, technical -artifacts, and knowledge transfer -re completed to support successful handover to operations or another delivery team
Provide regular status reporting on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A Technical Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex digital portals, leading the build, test, and hand-off phases across front-end technologies such as React and back-end solutions built with .NET on Microsoft Azure
Strong technical leadership, delivery discipline, and hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project Plan and Azure DevOps to manage execution efficiently and predictably
Lead and manage the build and test phases of a digital portal program, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed scope, design, and technical architecture
Oversee frontend (React) and backend (.NET) development activities hosted on Azure, working closely with technical leads and architects
