Junior Telecom Sales Associate
Configure, Inc. is seeking a Junior Telecom Sales Representative responsible for prospecting new business and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role focuses on building customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and managing sales documentation while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified leads
Deliver introductory product overviews and demos
Explain features and benefits of telecom services such as internet, voice, mobility, SD-WAN/BWAN, and data solutions
Present customized, cost-effective solutions based on customer needs
Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients
Support customers through onboarding and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
Submit accurate orders for new services, renewals, or upgrades
Coordinate internally to ensure correct provisioning and documentation
Stay informed about telecom technologies, competitor offerings, and industry trends
Continuously learn product positioning and value propositions
Maintain detailed notes of interactions, sales activity, and pipeline stages in a CRM system
Prepare weekly activity and forecast reports
Work closely with senior sales reps, engineering, and marketing
Participate in training sessions and shadow senior team members as needed
Qualification

Prospecting new business
Learning the company's telecom solutions (internet, VoIP, mobility, data services)
