Office and Executive Support Coordinator
Ascendo Resources is seeking an Office and Executive Support Coordinator to support the President and leadership team while managing daily office operations. This role involves executive assistance, office management, event coordination, and light IT/vendor support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Executive support: calendar management, travel booking, meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes
Office operations: supplies, kitchen upkeep, mail scanning, common area maintenance
Event coordination: meetings, catering, employee activities, off-sites
Administrative & financial tasks: POs, expense reports, credit card coding
IT & vendor coordination: onboarding support, basic tech issues, vendor communication
Qualification
Required
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Concur and SAP a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable in a busy, hands-on, detail-oriented environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
