Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager with project planning, budgeting, procurement, and overall coordination of key HR initiatives
Manage project communications, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders
Maintain and organize project files in Microsoft Teams for easy access and collaboration
Utilize strong analytical skills, especially with Excel, to track data, create reports, and analyze project metrics
Prepare and develop management presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism
Apply good writing skills to draft reports, documentation, and project updates
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or HR operations
Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Microsoft Teams (file management, collaboration, and communication)
Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and designing management presentations)
Microsoft Word (document creation, formatting, and editing)
Project Management Software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
SharePoint (document storage and collaboration)
Basic knowledge of procurement and budgeting tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field
Preferred
Experience working in HR, business operations, or a corporate project management environment
A Project Management Certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
