Senior LevelFood Paradigm is a North Carolina-based nonprofit working to revolutionize school lunch programs. They are seeking passionate, hands-on leaders to join their working board, where members will play an active role in governance, fundraising, program strategy, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities
Attending monthly virtual board meetings (4th Fridays @ 9AM EST)
Serving on committee(s): Development, Fundraising, Programs, Governance, etc
Guiding strategy and organizational decision-making
Supporting fundraising and donor engagement including personal contributions
Helping plan and promote events
Being an informed and enthusiastic ambassador for our mission
Qualification
Required
Passionate about children's health, food equity, and education
Action-oriented and collaborative
Willing to use time, networks, and skills in support of the mission
Comfortable with or open to learning fundraising
Professional or lived experience in areas such as: education, nutrition, public health, nonprofit leadership, community organizing, fundraising, or finance
