Responsibilities
Complete duct-cleaning and provide a range of other Indoor Air Quality services
Lead, train, and mentor apprentice technicians
Electronically document accurate notes, invoices, and options
Qualification
Required
Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record
Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings
Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely
Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life
Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
Punctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
Clean presentation of self, meeting the Hero dress code
Preferred
1+ year of duct cleaning experience is a plus, preferably residential
