Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements
Create detailed ETL Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data dictionaries
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements
Support testing efforts by validating requirements and verifying ETL data accuracy
Ensure all deliverables align with the established change methodology and required artifacts

Qualification

Required

Strong experience creating ETL Source-to-Target Mappings (STMs)
Salesforce experience
Solid database skills (SQL and data analysis)
