Responsibilities
Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, and sales and training literature
Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts, including limited industry knowledge
Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity, and refer more complex issues to higher levels
Work under direct supervision
Qualification
Required
Experience writing and editing compelling technical documentation such as reports, letters, and briefing materials
Knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to edit content from other contributors to ensure consistent voice, compelling and compliant messaging, and lack of spelling, typographical, and grammatical errors
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience using and modifying styles, cross references, and Table of Contents development in Microsoft Word
Experience working with technical and functional delivery teams on technical documentation
Knowledge of government information systems or space information systems
Ability to manage a varied workload and balance numerous priorities while meeting tight deadlines
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or Communications
