Responsibilities
Lead all accounting functions, financial reporting, and month/year‑end close
Maintain GL integrity, internal controls, and policy compliance
Oversee cost accounting, inventory analysis, and variance reporting
Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Manage and mentor accounting team; collaborate across departments
Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and banking contacts
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing experience required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
7+ years progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
CPA preferred
