Responsibilities

Data Curation: Identify, curate, and maintain transit-related data including routes, schedules, pricing, and other critical public transportation information to improve quality and reliability
Research & Analysis: Use reporting tools and online sources (including German-language sources) to research and analyze transit entities, vendors, and trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization to ensure transit data meets client requirements and project objectives
Policy Understanding: Learn and apply client policies and requirements related to transit data to ensure compliance and accuracy
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring information is accurately conveyed in English
Adaptability: Be open to learning new skills, contributing to multiple projects, and adapting to changing processes and requirements

Required

Fluent or proficient in German (reading and writing required)
Fluent or proficient in English

High School Diploma required; higher education is a plus
Experience with Mac OS X
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Keen attention to detail and quality
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and focus during repetitive tasks
Adaptable with a strong willingness to learn new skills and embrace evolving processes

Preferred

Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools
1+ year of technical support, operations, or problem-solving experience
