Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve operational issues, alarms, and maintenance of Data Center Infrastructure using BMS/NMS and physical inspections
Perform report/smart hands requests for customers & on-site access and assistance to customers
Support partner teams internally (g.Field Ops, Fiber Eng. Data Prov, Sales/Sales Eng., Physical Security and Network NOC)
Perform layer 1 installation work for new sales orders, disconnect/decommissioning orders & cable mining
Inspect and accept daily inbound/outbound customer and internal shipments
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in data center infrastructure/environment or similar experience Required
